WE stopped here several times during our vacation well seeing a festival downtown. The ice cream is fantastic. They make it right in front of you on one of those nitrogen bowl table things, which is super cool to watch. The staff is very friendly the owner is super nice guy. We would definitely go back here again.

The ice cream was absolutely delightful, with a rich and creamy texture that melted in my mouth. Each scoop was bursting with flavor, making it hard to choose a favorite. However, the experience was slightly marred by the attendant's demeanor. While they were polite, they seemed to lack patience and showed little interest in explaining the ice cream-making process. It would have been wonderful to hear about the ingredients and techniques used to create such a fantastic treat. Overall, the ice cream itself was a standout, but a more engaging and enthusiastic explanation from the staff would have enhanced the experience even further.

Tasty, topping-packed ice cream with a uniquely dense texture. Of course the highlight is that it is made in front of you with liquid nitrogen - very interesting to see. The Dragon's Breath cereal makes it look like you're breathing out smoke!

Nitrogen makes for super creamy ice cream. The staff is great and handled our group of 40+ with ease. It was a little slow for the last in line, but they got 40+ through the line pretty quickly considering the fully hand work. The only ding is the flavoring is more extracts than just natural ingredients. They ran out of the lactose free options as we bought them out. Overall, a nice place close to the convention center to go get a group ice cream.

Very fun place to take your kids to see ice-cream being made right in front of your eyes using nitrogen gas! Learn some science and see something that looks a bit like science fiction.

You won’t be disappointed with the ice cream itself either! ( I recommend cookies and cream and NOT the peanut butter flavor though be warned)

I like the seating with the view straight onto the street and centennial park. The park is so close you could just walk across the road and take your ice cream there and enjoy this beautiful park at the same time.

Every time I go they always manage to make whatever insane order I come up with. 100% worth the little money they ask for

We stopped here after visiting the aquarium. The service was helpful and friendly. The ice cream was tasty. The experience of watching your ice cream freeze was fun. We ordered Peanut Butter Bonds and Cookies and Cream. I also liked that they offer different types of cream options such as lactose-free and vegan.

We visited for the first time and my daughter had asked various times to go since we are in town visting. The place is very cute, but the service was horrible, we asked a few questions over the prices of the shakes and how they come and they simply said to look at the screen. When the order came out, it was incorrectly made and she simply said that it was what we had ordered, without even offering to fix what was wrong. I paid almost 30$ for a watery shake and for an ice cream, and after that the only time she spoke about the price it was to make sure that she charged for a mixed in shake. Im not complaining over the prices, I'll pay whatever price for good service and good time. Im simply asking for good customer service. These employees need to be taught how to treat people nicely.

Advertise shakes, don’t have shakes. Seems others have had this issue as well in the reviews.

Update: A couple days later, you can see their reply below. What would actually address the issue is discussing this with the local employees and asking them why there are no shakes. 💡
