We order sandwiches and two pretzels. The ride home was about 15 minutes. After eating the sandwiches we wanted to eat the pretzels. They were hard. I put one in the microwave hoping that would soften it up. It did a little but it was very chewy. I could not eat it. A waste of money. I won't return there.

Parking: The parking lot is small and shared with other businesses but we didn't have a problem getting a spot.

I have come to this location several times and the customer service has always been phenomenal! Yes there are language barriers but non verbals go along way on BOTH ends. The veggies and ingredients are lacking in freshnesss sometimes but I don't believe it's their fault as I'm finding the same in grocery stores. Still, I have never gotten sick from any of their sandwiches. Regardless, it's the people that work here that keep me coming back!!

Literally have to beg for vegetables to be put on sandwich every time. Shouldn’t have to ask for each 3 times to get it right. I couldn’t wait to go to My Hometown to get a “REAL SUB” where you don’t want to ask for extra anything. (Hometown sub pic attached). GA needs to get it RIGHT!!!

Went to this location to get my mom a sandwich. I requested all the toppings on the side so the bread wouldn't be soggy. Lady told me that I was asking for too much. She wouldn't put it in a container but only on a paper bag for cookies. She was very rude and nasty. Bag was soggy and tearing before i could even leave the store.

Think twice before going here! The ladies building the sandwiches are stingy every time I’ve gone, probably per management’s direction. The ultimate sub is supposed to have 8 pieces of provolone on a whole sub, and mine only got 6. This store recently installed a metal lid that they use to hide the sandwich behind when placing the meats and cheeses so they can try to do this, creating distrust. As you can see in the photos they also didn’t add the toppings all the way to the end of the bun and were very light with the toppings they did add. They take their time placing toppings to make it look like they are being generous but you’re really left with nothing. While I was eating, another customer walked back in after paying for and not receiving extra turkey on her mobile order that she just picked up.

This location/store is always a nightmare to visit. They routinely give very little veggys on the sandwich. I nearly ALWAYS have to ask them to put more of everything on the sandwich. Lastly and most importantly
 they never act like they know how to use the rewards program. They never allow me to use my program or even get credit for the visit. I am a top category spender and i find this very unfortunate.

DO NOT COME HERE! The worst customer service to date! Clerk got mad and refuse to add additional toppings to my sandwich and began arguing with me. Starting yelling and threw away the toppings that were already on the sandwich! If I paid for extra meat, why can't I get extra toppings?! ?

All of the meat section is cover so you can’t see it while you order like all other subways, I emphasized 3 times to add bacon and it wasn’t until the end they added it when I reminded them the first time, barely speak any English, I found a hair in my sandwich, and when I ordered it didn’t read my card the first time so the lady reached over shoving my card in bending it in half almost breaking it.
