Really disappointed with this subway. Being muslim the women behind the counter should know not to contaminate the ham/meat with the vegetarian orders. I got a veggie delight and they proceeded to use the same knife to cut my sandwich as the one before with ham and mayo which I do not consume. Please improve on employee training because that is just unacceptable 🙄 😑

Opening time is 9am. Got there about 9:05 am. Employees talking behind the counter and told me I needed to wait about 15 mins or more before placing an order because they just opened. Nah. It probably would have been better for employees to arrive earlier so that when doors open customers would not have to wait.

It's 9:50 AM on a Sunday. The door says they open at 9:00 AM, Google says they open at 9:30 AM today and no one was inside. The lights were off and door locked. Super disappointed since I drove 4 hours to stop at the nearest open Subway.

We went into Publix next door, came back out, and the lights were on. Great. Walked in and the employee said he needed 10 MORE minutes to prepare. This would be after 10 AM. So disappointing - 3 customers walked right back out. We could not wait for him otherwise we would be late for the funeral we were attending.

Subway, please get it together. Honor your time posted on your door and online.

Due to the crazy wait to get a Publix sub several months ago, we decided to settle on Subway. It was really good, made correctly and was tasty. We have been getting subway sandwiches instead of Publix for the last 4 months, order on the app and every time it has been perfect, made correctly and ready to go when we walk out of Publix. If someone had told me I would pick a subway sandwich over Publix, I would have called them crazy. Over the last year this particular Publix deli has gone downhill, sandwiches are made with tough bread, takes forever and even ordering ahead usually doesn't work. Glad to find a good option and IMO, the best subway I've eaten at in years.
