Yesterday evening right before closing All the employees were making sandwiches but i (wearing a lavender jogging suit) was in line with a lady (wearing a black jogging suit) I was letting them know that the lady needed a bathroom key the tall young man with the short dreads making a sandwich still wearing the gloves went in the back grabbed the keys and handed them to her and hoped back on the sandwich without changing his gloves. I walked out immediately. That is definitely a health code violation!!!!

I came in the store at 9:10pm and the staff did not acknowledge me whatsoever and would not make my food. The service was very disappointing I ended up leaving.Yes, in response to you I was indeed On my phone to get my spouses order. So if they greeted me and were ready to take my order why did I walk Out empty handed ? They were busy conversing among themselves. It’s also recommended to have staff willing and ready to assist customers. But I thank you for your reply.

Great customer service! This the cleanest Subway I’ve ever visited! Sitting in to eat is such a vibe the music, customer service just everything about this store is amazing. We are not living in the $5 footlong era people so of course prices are high but their service makes up for it all. Long as service A1 complaining about prices are weird especially being everything is so high now. Definitely recommend this location.

There was a lady there being very rude to the employees they continued to be so kind and polite. That’s how you handle a miserable person. I’ll definitely be returning.

The remodel is great! However I didn’t feel too welcome in upon coming in to restaurant I felt more like I was inconvenience to their socializing I’m a polite person so I greeted “hey how are you’ll doing?”no response from 3 employees inside this restaurant that was sitting down - the lack of customer service when you’re spending money in these places I probably won’t return to this location 9/18/23
