I ordered a sub through UberEats. The sub was supposed to have extra cheese and cranberry sauce. The sub had no cheese and some orange hot sauce all over it. I couldn't eat it. I couldn't get a response from UberEats, so I called the store. They picked up and hung up on me twice. I'm pissed.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and food quality I experienced during my recent visit. The customer service was poor from start to finish. I was served a dried-out meatball sub and when I requested a fresh batch, the employee was dismissive and insisted it was fresh despite it being visibly dried.
There was a language barrier that escalated the issue, and the employee made an unprofessional comment about it. My sub was then assembled with an attitude and improperly wrapped, causing the contents to leak and ruin my clothing. The cashier's behavior was also rushed and inappropriate, including a blatant demand for a tip.
On top of the poor service, I am concerned about the food safety practices. The staff placed old meat on top of new meat, and based on other reviews, it seems proper hygiene like changing gloves is not being followed. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I hope management takes these issues seriously, I plan on sending this via CORPORATE W. MY LAST PAYING RECEIPTS. DO BETTER.

THE WORST , CHECK YOUR FOOD FOR GNATS , LITERALLY MY DAUGHTER HAD ONE IN HER CUP WHEN I OPENED IT , YOU WALK IN U SWATTING GNATS , GNATS FLY OVER THE MEAT & VEGGIES ITS SO GROSS . U CANT EVEN SIT THERE AND EAT HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND UNLESS U WANT A GNAT SUB .

First time visit and honestly the food and service at this place is not bad it doesn’t FEEL dirty but the second I walk in I had to swat 2 fruit flies. Waiting in line, 2 more fruit flies. And the worst part is as I’m trying to eat my food I notice dead fruit flies on the table as I’m swatting at least 6 fruit flies from landing on my hands, face, and food. I was carefully taking bites of my food because of how many I was seeing I was scared I’d eat one. It completely ruined my meal and I wouldn’t be surprised if I became sick later. This is me being as respectful as possible because I know how people can be in this city PLEASE do something about the fruit flies. It turned me off of Subway for a while.

BEWARE DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY IN ATLANTIC STATION! THE SUBWAY TUNA FISH GAVE ME FOOD poisoning! I contacted Subway corporate office about the tuna fish made me sick = gave me a coupon! the staff are so rude! i stopped going to this Subway restaurant is the worst ever. Subway does not take food poisoning seriously!

The store hours are not as listed. They close whenever they would like on any day of the week, especially the weekends.

When they are open, they do not fulfill orders as requested. You will get the sandwich you want — on whatever bread they feel like giving you, with whatever cheese they feel like putting on there, etc.

It’d be great to have a Subway sandwich shop in Atlantic station. I’m not sure what this is, but it isn’t a Subway.
