Placed an order online that was never delivered or received. Door dash was unable to locate the restaurant, and if you call the number listed it’s all automated. Don’t bother ordering if you are looking for delivery or customer service!

Quality of food: pretty good. No complaints on my end here. Presentation was good.Value for food. Big gap. My plate cost about $18. I think it’s priced too high. It is a healthier option than similar rice or salad bowl type places like Chipotle or Moes. But the price increase is a bit steep.Service: I can’t rate this, as my manager placed a group order and picked it up. The only interaction I had with staff is I was able to get a number to text to ask questions about the menu (such as which of the 3 chicken options were breast vs thigh meat).

If you need help with a delivery order even if SG screwed it up you cant apeak to anyone about it. There is no option to get live help. Texting is a joke too. But theyll charge you a high service charge but not deliver good service. Ill never eat at the SG at the Quarry in SA again. Despite my review of the restaurant all anyone says is thanks for the feedback

What I love about sweetgreen is how fresh the ingredients are and how consistent the salads and bowls are. Unfortunately that is not the case at this location. I tried giving grace with the initial opening but at this point I feel like the issues should’ve been worked out. My orders (which have been standard menu items) have all been incorrect with missing or incorrect ingredients and dressing, the produce has not been fresh, and each time I’ve found stems or other typically discarded pieces of produce in my meal. It’s too bad that I won’t be able to support this location.

What I end up with is still good, but I hope to see an improvement in getting everything the bowl says it will come with. Other than that, vibes are great and love the location!
