Quality of food: pretty good. No complaints on my end here. Presentation was good.Value for food. Big gap. My plate cost about $18. I think it’s priced too high. It is a healthier option than similar rice or salad bowl type places like Chipotle or Moes. I love sweetgreen so much. The food is so healthy and makes me feel good. This location is new, so I'm giving them some grace, but my orders have been consistently messed up here. What I end up with is still good, but I hope to see an improvement in getting everything the bowl says it will come with. Other than that, vibes are great and love the location!
My experience at sweetgreen was exceptional and I give them five stars for their food, service, and atmosphere. I suggest considering a price review to attract more adults with tight budgets and promote nutritional health by implementing reward coupons.
