Food was good, but I've of the employees knocked a stack of plates on the floor then picked them up and put them back on the line. That's a no-no!!! Those were supposed to go in the trash immediately! And when I mentioned it to another employee he just said I'm not using them. That said they weren't using them for my order but would use them later. Otherwise you would have thrown them away.
The West End Taco Bell is my happy place. I’ve been coming here since 2013. Where else can you get a delicious vegetarian meal for under $9? The staff is so kind and they make the food with love. Late nights the drive-thru can get backed up but even then it’s worth the wait.
