The new cashier didn't know how to ring orders up properly. She got frustrated and walked away from the registry. The other employee maybe the lead cashier was on the phone the whole time fussing with her landlord staff trying to get someone to unlock her apartment door. It took at least 20 minutes to place my order. I was at the drive thru and waited for about 10 minutes no one took my order.
The manager is why at this location did a great job . From greeting me when I first walked in to taking my order for giving me an extra item because aAAtheir soda machine was down to thanking me for coming in. The corn was hot and tasty and the 3 piece chicken was just ok... One piece tasted like it had been out for a while. The one that got me upset the most and it's not just a Church chicken that does this.,. When I order a Sweet Ice Tea, they must be filling the cup only halfway...read full review

Nothing has changed. People with attitudes behind the counter h still slow as ever. We ordered an apple pie & lemon pie with our meal. The person behind counter couldn't even tell us which pie was which after layering a gob of icing them shoving them in the box. Saw her treat every customer with the same attitude while we waited for the chicken tenders to be prepared. Only good thing about Churches is the hot honey buttered biscuit.
