By far the worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell. The workers are just plain rude no other way to put it. You are almost guaranteed a 30 minute wait even if there is no one else in line. Poorly managed is an understatement.

Bad service Paragraph ticket times no line check no line sweep dirty and bad customer service I would not recommend coming if you are really hungry you will be waiting on your food for hours and they need more workers every night asap hire more people immediately. I

0 stars. This store is ran and operated POORLY. Please manage and staff accordingly due to the high volume. Pick up time for online orders is ridiculously long and the service and attitudes of the employees are no surprise due the lack of systems that are in place to make this store run smoothly. I understand its a college store but yall have got to do better. !

This location gets NONSTOP ORDERS ALLLL NIGHT, from pick up to doordash, grub hub, uber eats etc. Ive been here too many times, for the last taco bell open in the city every night they do an amazing job dealing with impatient customers and a stupid amount of orders!

This is the worst operating Taco Bell I have ever been to. Took me over 30 minutes to get the singular item I ordered. Absolutely no sense of urgency and the workers are extremely rude.

A few months ago everything changed. Walking in and getting an order was simple, quick - even when it was busy things moved fast, as fast as you entered, you were out with your order living más. The time the order said it was ready on the app, it would be done at that time or even before. The order was right 99.9% of the time. Now? A disaster, a stab in the back, my heart aches. Time? Doesn’t exist anymore and you can end up waiting almost an hour for an order, 20-30 if it’s not too busy. You walk in and no one is being helped, the workers look like they’re being held hostage and seeing how slow things are moving, you’d think the order was made correctly, dead wrong. The orders are messed up more than 50% of the time. You wait 15+ minutes to even get acknowledged. Dreadful. But I guess that’s life.

I am a door Dasher and I have been here for 45 minutes no one's helping anybody and I just got unassigned from my order and I'm not getting paid so I'm not happy oh and it's 4:41 a.m.
