I’ve been eating Taco Bell my whole life, all across the world, and this is the best. The staff tonight went above and beyond. Even though I was a jerk that showed up 5 minutes before closing in valentines they still took care of our order hospitality. Awesome staff. Thanks Taco Bell, love you!

Waiting for 45 minutes in a damn drive through. Do not come here
Literally the worst service ever, would rather sit outside and smoke than take order through the drive through a customer infront of me was waiting nearly 20 mins with NO ONE infront of him I don’t know who works y’all night shifts but they’re really terrible workers and I’m usually an understanding person and don’t complain at all but this was ridiculous

If I can give a zero I would , every Sunday from 6-8pm I’m waiting over 35-45 mins in drive thru line trying to order and get food , I work in the industry , I get short staffing but this is ridiculous if your team is getting overwhelm with third party offers and people ordering then shut down third party and get the people coming to order first and then turn it back on when you have cleared your regular customers first , I think it would change but it doesn’t every Sunday I do this to myself and I wished the Buford hwy Taco Bell was still There , this is terrible and this is trash , customers first and I get third party is a good bit of business but you probably lost 30-40 cars easily and turn away more customers than I can count , I recommend don’t come here in the evenings if you trying to get fast food , you will be here a hour minimum- and that’s just not sundays it’s majority any night
