Absolutely disappointed in the staff at this location.
My husband and I have enjoyed this restaurant chain for years, but after last night, I don’t know if we’ll be returning. I recently broke my leg and am on crutches with an aircast. My husband arrived about 10 minutes before me to buy a drink and waters so he could secure a table for us, saving me from having to stand in line.

We had the most insane experience here last night. We waiting in line for 30 mins with 4 little kids. When we neared the order desk one mom and the kids went and sat down. There were 5-6 more open tables when she sat down. When we got to the order desk they refused to let us order food because a mom had sat down! We had already ordered $60 in drinks at this point. The manager was beyond rude and we left with 4 un fed kids. We will never go back.
