Bar tenders are rude and don’t wanna serve you. They also refuse to serve alcohol being over 21. Understaffed.
Went here to tonight, gave the server my order, received my drink. The server brought me my chicken tender starter and there was a bright green beetle, ½ Inch long, on its back, wiggling its legs on the side of the plate. I only wish I wasn't horrified as much so I could have taken a picture!!!! Told them to cancel my order and walked out!! Neither wonder the place had 4 people in it!!! The bug wasn't hidden and was the first thing I spotted on the plate!! Im not sure how the cheff didn't see it!!!!
Great experience overall. The food is exactly what you would expect from a burger place in a hotel. The server, buzzer, and bartender person was very friendly and attentive. My food came out right away warm and delicious. If you don't want to eat in your room, chill and have a beer with your burgers this spot is the right place.
I had the full Monty burger and a draft blue moon and paid $29.43
I was told that the restaurant was recently revamped...BEST Burger I've had in a while and I owned a hand crafted burger restaurant. Fries were soft and crispy. Server was nonchalant about her service but not rude, just very casual. Menu online isn't the same at restaurant...revamp?
The worst Customer Service I have ever experienced!!!
I stayed at the Hotel and wanted to stay in, so I went down to the restaurant to order a Burger with Cajun Fries. I went up to my room and realized they gave me sweet potato fries instead, so I went back down. They had already prepared Cajun Fries so they switched them out fairly quickly. I went back up to my room again to eat and now realized the burger was missing avocado and jalapeños which come with the burger. Also, the fries were way less than the original portion, probably because that is all they had left of the prepared cajun fries.
I was really annoyed at this point and 45 mins later. I went back down. The server seemed to not care about any of this at all. No apology, nothing. They were trying to reheat the burger and just slap the rest of the fixings on it but I asked for it to be remade as it two tries to get this simple order right and my food wasn't hot anymore.
I communicated that I think this is unacceptable and asked for a compensation but the server just asked me if I want my food and did not address any refund or compensation. I wish there would have been other food around but I was extremely hungry at this point, took my food and left.
They claimed they had remade my order but the fries were lukewarm, soggy, still the small amount from before and what they had served me 45 minutes prior to this disaster.
I would recommend anyone to stay away from this establishment!

Very upset. The person who answered the phone had a nasty attitude. When my husband picked up the food she was rude to him. Ordered two salmon burgers, the salmon was not done. I got sick immediately.
“Gourmet” burger is just a Bubba Burger that costs $16-18.. no flavor and not fresh meat. Super slow service, but very nice staff. Nice space & atmosphere with potential.. but it is just a hotel bar/restaurant in the end. Don’t come with high expectations.

Outrageously expensive...1 beer and 1 whiskey 30$... Answer from the waitress: Airport
You can do it, you don't have to. Better to go to Rubys Tuesday next door...simple, good and reasonably priced...although...airport

Grossly understaffed. Food was marginal. Two burgers with fries and non-alcoholic drinks.... took an hour and a half to get from time of order to table and we were one table of about 5 there. Three people came in, ordered, served, and left before we were served. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else...

Food was great, wine was flowing, service was slow with only two other tables occupied. Watch out for the mystery 21% service charge they automatically put on your bill. We were a party of three and nowhere on the menu did it say they add a service charge. When asked, our server said it goes strictly to her which is sad because we also wanted to tip the chefs, bartender and even the DJ. We sat at the bar after dinner, no service charge was added (so maybe it’s just in the booths?) but made sure she made her fair share of tips from what we ordered. I guess just plan on tipping extra extra if you want everyone who took care of you to be taken care of?

I LOVE this place. The food and service. Their cobb salad is amazing. The salmon was perfectly seasoned over a bed of fresh greens.
