Went with the wife for a meal was very disappointed by the server I believe Destiny ask about the spaghetti was very rude had a attitude.

I highly recommend the pumpkin cheesecake, but everyone is aware because this particular flavor is sold out every day! 🙃

The food was very bland. Was served obviously burnt food. The waiter acted annoyed/pissed when I brought it to her attention. Don't think I will visit this location again.

I will NEVER go here again!!!!! I ordered the Tex Mex egg rolls and this is what they brought me out. Please take a look at the pictures below, I literally only ate off one and this what and how they brought them out to me! Not to mention, this was my second order due to me sending the first order back. The first order looked wayyyyyy worse than this. I wish I had taken a picture of them also. They were dry, cold and disgusting, both orders. The waitress offers to bring out a second order and this is what they tried to serve me. I’ve had these before at another location and they look just like the picture you would see online and they tasted amazing. These look as if someone chewed them first and gave them to me or were made the day before. I expected way more from this restaurant and they failed tremendously! The waiter said the kitchen manager made these (the second order). Please fire that manager IMMEDIATELY, if they think these are acceptable. The manager did not even come out and apology after wasting my time for the second time. Please avoid this location if you can at all cost. J Alexander’s is right up the street and they have EXCELLENT service and customer service. If you have the slightest issue at J Alexander’s a manger will come out and properly address it and resolve it. I expected way more from Cheesecake Factory, especially due to the location of this restaurant.

Went for early afternoon brunch. Ordered bacon, eggs, and pancakes. Unfortunately, the bacon was small and could not be cooked to order. 😕 Pancakes were big and tasty.
