The food was okay but nothing special. Which is why I don't usually eat at these big chain restaurants. It's not worth the price, however the portions were on a large for the most part, so I'm here for that!! Our dining experience took way longer than we expected. The wait was twice as long as they quoted, and it was so busy that the server couldn't get to us often -- hey I get it, I've worked in the food business. Just don't go here on a Sunday if you're trying to get to the mall after with tons of time.

My first time there, it was a nice place. Most of the menu prices are $10 and up. Overall, the atmosphere was excellent. We were celebrating a bday. The appetizer bread was very good. Mostly our party got cheesecakes. We had a good time.

The cheesecake factory has absolutely wonderful cheesecake but their ability to handle customers is lacking.It seems like no matter when I choose curbside service I never get it!Every time I come I see people parked in the curb side spaces but everyone ends up having to get out and go inside. Why?When you call the number or use the link for them to bring your food outside, nobody answers the phone. Also neither does anybody bring your food to your car.This is a problem that's been going on for quite some time. Its been several years actually and I'm not sure why the problem is still occurring because they are very much aware that this is a problem yet nothing has been done about it.As a business offering pickup options, quit trying and actually do something to make this work or get rid of curbside altogether.?

We went for our anniversary because neither of us have been before and we wanted to try it. We got the crab dip, stuffed mushrooms, Louisiana chicken pasta, cajun chicken pasta, warm apple crisp, and a key lime pie cheesecake to-go. The crab dip was great, the mushrooms okay, the pastas were a bit bland but the chicken was good, nicely seasoned and tender, the apple crisp was nice and warm served with ice cream on the side, and the key lime pie cheesecake was nice and tart. But our server Sheena was an absolute delight! She was so nice and seemed like she actually liked talking to us. We told her that it was our anniversary and when we ordered the apple crisp, she brought out the plate with a candle and chocolate writing on the edges spelling out “Happy Anniversary!” She even took a picture for us! I wouldn’t necessarily go back for just the food or atmoshpere, but I would if Sheena would be our server again!
Update:Unfortunately gave this restaurant another try and again disappointed. Food again subpar and the hostesses were TERRIBLE. Didn't get seated until 30 minutes after arrival and the restaurant was not busy. Hostess messed up my seating request causing further delays. Ended up staying 3-4 hours with a small party of 4. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!I came to the restaurant to celebrate my birthday with my family. This was the worst experience I ever had at this restaurant. The waitress seemed to have an attitude the entire time, the food was not good and I just overall did not feel welcome.The quality of this restaurant has seemingly gone down. My family and I specifically chose to drive an hour out of our way to patronize this restaurant on my special day and the service and experience was not worth the effort.

2&1/2 hours. We had a party of 10 with a reservation at 6:30. We didn't get to leave until 9. My chicken Parm "pizza style" had no flavor besides just marinara sauce. The pasta was dry and hard. Mac n cheese balls were the only thing I would get again. $4.50 for tea, $16 for a very weak martini. Everything was just over priced for what it was.

I love cheesecake factory, they never disappoint and always give large portions. Every dish I've tried over the years have been delicious and let's not talk about the desserts! I go for my birthday alot and last year I got the Cinnabon cheesecake ? it's now my favorite and I stop by often just to buy that. Oh and they give you free dessert for your bday if you're a rewards member.

TL;DR - The food is not worth the price nor the calories.Everything is aggressively sweet, but otherwise lacking in flavor. Like the 'chipotle chicken pasta' tasted like BBQ dipping sauce. The pizza wasn't overly offensive, but tasted like they used ketchup as a sauce.The menu is massive, so maybe there are better options. However, I left wishing I skipped directly to the cheesecake.As it stands, it took so long to get food we had to take the cheesecake home so we can get the kids to bed
