I have not been to Cheesecake Factory for a long time and have been told they have changed for the worse. Well, it's true, portions have gotten smaller, and prices, of course, have risen. Food quality has declined, no flavor, no taste. At the least the cheesecake is still decent. I have to credit the staff for trying, they were very nice and tentative so the service gets a 5 star, but food no thank you.
My family and I made reservations for 1pm on Saturday. I gave 3stars due to the wait time. We were seated right away, but it took an hour and half before we received our meal. In the meantime, we did order drinks, 1 app and the server brought (1) plate of bread with 4 pieces of bread. There were 6 of us at the table. But we didn’t say anything because we knew he was busy. My grand princess turned 10 on the 14th of April. She chose this restaurant. The service was great, but the food was terrible. My orange chicken was hard. The rice had no taste.
