This restaurant is located inside of Hotel Indigo and in the heart of downtown which means that the accessibility to this place is not convenient at all. They have a parking deck nearby but honestly it’s ridiculous. I called to confirm where I could park 3 times and no one picked up.

Upon entering, it was beautiful overall. The interior was modern and sleek. I ordered the Margherita Flatbread and the Purple Lotus, and I was not amused. The sauce one the Flat bread lacked flavor so I had to ask for red pepper flakes and ranch. Which made it a little better. The drink was just an expensive Chili’s cocktail. You could tell that it was not a well crafted cocktail. Overall I will not go here again.

The staff was super nice and friendly which was the only plus.

Will not be going back. Have been here several times and it is always the same- poor service and below average food. $17 for a (small pour) glass of Chardonnay. Olive Garden level pasta dishes. Ordered the donuts for dessert. They were completely raw on the inside. Waitress said they were having a problem with them and another order was just sent back too. She told me 3 times that she removed them from my bill like she was doing me a huge favor.

The Drafting Kitchen & Cocktails is an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is vibrant, and the location is perfect. Service was top-tier—Nikki, the bartender, was outstanding. She was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and knowledgeable about both the food and drink menus. Desiree, the manager, added a personal touch by checking in with each guest to ensure everything was going smoothly. The service was prompt, and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a memorable night out.

Conveniently located inside the Hotel Indigo. Nice open atmosphere and cool vibe. The hostess has personality plus and was very welcoming. The food was fine, but pretty basic. I had scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, and chicken sausage. It was comfortable and pretty peaceful, and the food was filling.

We stayed at the hotel Indigo downtown and ate at the Drafting Table daily. Dashawna S. made us feel so welcome and took great care of us during our stay. She even kept and returned items I left by mistake at the restaurant! We are grateful to her for showing such southern hospitality and hope to return soon.
