Goat Farm is the GOAT! Expansive property with the widest array of uses- art collective, creative space, music venue, studios, coffee shop, photo op, architecture/historical appreciation, set for many TV shows/movies filmed here in Atlanta. They are truly unique because of the voluntary diaspora and eclectic natives contributing to the farms purpose and popularity.
The old industrial vibe with art installations is kind of novel, but overall I wish the concert I went to was held at a more established concert venue instead of this place. First of all, I showed up and they wanted you to pay for parking by scanning a QR code, but then there was no space to put your license plate number when you paid. So I paid the five bucks, but there was really no record that it was my car that was paid for. Which was a spurce of anxiety. And because it is...
Amazing place. I used to come here to take photos when I was a Photography student. Every inch of this place there’s a discovery to be made. I get nostalgic every time I see this place on The Hunger Games. Before it was a low key place - now it’s been built up a little and popular music venue and filming location.
