Came in around 6:30 on a Thursday. It’s a humble, hole in the wall joint with alternative music. Saw people of all ages. Place was packed! The floor was sticky from what I assumed was too much soap in the mop water, but it was swept, and the ladies’ restroom was clean. I stopped by this place when I visited Atlanta because I heard that they had great boiled peanuts, which I can confirm. Then I saw that they had $3 pbr tallboys and vegan tacos on their menu and was sold. The atmosphere is great and the bartenders were fantastic. The Local is was Ray Oldenburg was talking about when he wrote The Great Good Place.

It is seat yourself and the seating went quick, the night I was there. Music was on point. One thing that is unique is how they announce when your order is ready! They definitely have a good time with this.
Overall the atmosphere, food, and service were good. I will definitely be going back.
