My partner and I grabbed seats for the Israeli-Georgian wine pairing night and honestly? I didn’t expect it to be as special as it was. Each course came with a story, and the wines were so different from anything I’ve tried. One of the dishes had this smoky eggplant thing that paired with a white wine I didn’t even think I’d like, and now I’m hunting it down everywhere. The room had this energy of people genuinely enjoying themselves, connecting over food. I already booked the next one

I went to the Bukharian-Uzbek dinner not knowing what to expect, and I left OBSESSED. Everything was so unique—flavors I’ve never had before, textures that were totally new, and this warmth in the space that made the whole thing feel like a family celebration. Shai and Chef Liat killed it. This wasn’t just dinner, it was a trip across the world without leaving Atlanta

There was something so personal about the Uzbek night. The dishes had such history behind them, you could feel it. The space was intimate, the service was super warm, and everything just felt thoughtful. Nothing pretentious, just pure love and tradition in every bite. It’s rare to find events like this in the city. I’ll be bringing my foodie crew next time for sure

I’ve been to a fair share of tasting menus, pop-ups, and chef collabs around the city, but the Israeli cuisine x Askaneli Georgian wine pairing dinner at The Third Space took things to another level. This wasn’t just a series of courses—it was a full cultural and sensory immersion.

The evening started with a beautiful introduction by Chef Shai Lavi, who set the tone for what would become a seamless flow of creativity and tradition. Each course brought something new—whether it was a herbaceous tahini-drizzled starter or a slow-roasted lamb shoulder with spice blends I had never tasted before. These weren’t just dishes—they were experiences.

But what made it truly shine was how each dish was intelligently paired with wine. Askaneli’s selections were bold, unusual, and deeply expressive. I’ll never forget the amber wine paired with a smoked eggplant dish—it was the kind of pairing that made you stop talking just to focus on what was happening in your mouth.
The crowd was diverse—some foodies, some wine lovers, some just curious guests—and yet the room felt unified, like everyone was on the same journey. Conversations flowed easily between tables, and by the end of the night, we all felt like part of something bigger.

What The Third Space is doing with these one-night events is more than dinner—it’s storytelling, connection, and hospitality at its highest level. I left feeling inspired, satisfied, and already looking at my calendar for the next one

I’ve never had Uzbek food before and WOW. Every single dish had this comfort-meets-surprise quality—like something familiar but totally new. It made me curious, it made me happy, and it made me full (lol). The Third Space always nails the cozy-but-refined vibe. Loved the storytelling, the attention to culture, and the pace of the night. Can’t wait for the next guest chef event

Went to the Human Robot x Good Word x Third Space dinner with a few friends and it was just straight-up fun. Chill vibes, amazing food, and beers that brought it all together. We loved how the menu was adventurous without being weird, and the pairings made the beers taste even better. The sticky rib course with a hoppy pilsner? Unreal. Would 100% do it again

I went to the beer pairing night not knowing what to expect—and I was amazed. The space at Good Word Brewing was packed with energy, the crowd was into it, and the dishes were serious culinary art. One standout was a beer-glazed pork belly served with a crisp lager—just unreal. What I loved most was how relaxed it all felt. Fine dining without the pressure or stiffness. Just real people, great beer, and amazing food. That’s the magic of Chef Shai’s touch.

This event with Human Robot beer and six incredible courses was unlike anything I expected. It wasn’t just about drinking—it was about discovering how beer can elevate flavors. Each dish stood on its own but was enhanced beautifully by the paired beer. The atmosphere was friendly, the storytelling between courses kept us engaged, and the menu was truly inventive. Think sweet and savory, crunchy and smooth, bold and balanced. It was a feast for the senses
