We are frequent visitors and this was the first time disappointed. My husband ordered a steak taco and had lots of steak. I ordered a steak quesadilla and had little steak and came out soggy from the salad versus crispy. ☹️

Went there with a large party and my fried pickles were truly not edible, they were so salty. Very disappointing

We had Mother's Day lunch with a large group of 12. Our waiter was amazing! He was on top of everything and super attentive. The food was amazing and the drinks were top-tier - compliments to the bartender. There weren't many people there when we first arrived, but it was pretty full by the time we left. I never felt like we had to yell to hear each other. Super cute decor. I'll definitely be back

Very large (+30 people) party threw off the kitchen for 90 minutes. Drinks took 30 minutes. Soup (was cold) took 45 minutes, and entrees (also cold) took an hour and 15 minutes. The restaurant should just close when hosting private events like this. I will not be back.

I walked in the restaurant just wanting a snack of queso and chips. I stood around waiting to be acknowledged and after 5mins went by I decided to just place the order online no biggie and I'll just let someone know I just ordered chips and queso. All the employees just keep looking at me while I'm standing here on the phone at the bar no less I at least thought a bartender after making eye contact would acknowledge me unfortunately that didn't happen. After I placed the order online and let a waitress know of my order she went and checked on it and said it'll be just a sec. Maybe 7 to 10 mind went by and I just had to ask for the order to be canceled cause I couldn't do it on their app. Waited another 5mins before asking again about canceling and then I got the conformation and left.

Came for a work event and had an area reserved. The food for me was very average! Tons of different tacos to select from - stick to tacos and avoid the nachos. Tasty margaritas.

The waiter was not very knowledgeable of the food. Should make customers aware of how things come, such as tacos. We ordered without looking at the prices and only got one taco. Even with the questions and puzzled looks, he still didn't offer a resolution

We walked in and waited for over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. Other people came in behind us and were also waiting. 5 people walked by us, 3 of them more than once (while making eye contact) before anyone spoke to us.

Your restaurant looked steady, but not busy or understaffed.

It took over 20 minutes for our first drinks. We had been sat for an HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES before our tacos came out.

This was after our server came to tell us the lobster tacos I ordered were out of stock (a good 30-40 minutes after ordering).

Second round of drinks took just as long.

From walk in to pay, it took almost 2 and a half hours - FOR TACOS.

Who is managing this place? They are clearly failing. Do better. I know it’s the south, but I used to live in the south, and it’s not this slow.

Vegetarian options: There’s one vegetarian option and zero vegan options. No vegan cheese?! Do better.

Dietary restrictions: One “vegetarian” taco and no vegan or gluten free options.

Parking: Don’t try to park

Kid-friendliness: I wouldn’t bring kids here - everything took too long and kids would get rowdy and impatient.

Wheelchair accessibility: Chairs and tables are close together; I wouldn’t try to use a wheelchair in here.

I went here on a Tuesday around 4 pm, There was only one. party a table of maybe 8 in the restaurant. We were seated given menu’s but was not asked can i start you with anything there was literally 3-4 waiters/waitresses standing at the station behind the booth looking lost , looking in our direction but not coming to our table. Mind you there was only 4 booths and we were in the third one from the station they were all standing at. I had to say excuse me is anyone going to help us for us to come. The waiter apologized and took our drink order and got us our app rather quickly. There was one waitress that i found it odd that she looked directly at us just me and my mom and my toddler and then acted like she didn’t see us. she was at the bar looking around and talking to the bartender prior to us getting help from the male waiter. My sons jacket fell and i only knew because i caught her looking down at it but she never said a thing or even tried to pick it up. As soon as another parent of 2 came in she ran over to their table to help them and to help when another party came and sat at the other booth behind us.Some of the staff neeeds better training. The bartender washes her hands then proceeded to continuously move her hair behind her ears then made a drink for someone, then she tasted sometjnt with her fingers and put the straw in a container that was on the counter ,never washing her hands proceeded to make drinks. touching everything with the same saliva fingers. The real icinf on the cake is a small crawling baby roach was crawling across the table i smashed it on my hand to stop it and called for a manager his first response was it must of come from outside ( the patio doors were closed) he says what would you like me to get to help you duh a napkin brings a napkin takes it once i wipe my hand and just says sorry and walks off. There is potential but the details are being overlooked the booth sits are filled with crumbs which is why they probably have bug issues..Tjr margaritas were tasty and the one taco i had was ok , but after that bug i didn’t want anything else.My mom had 2 tacos and said they were tasty i also ordered a kids meal and my son wouldn’t eat it it was just chicken tenders and rice it came with a pretty decent portion and included a drinks The sprite tasty nasty like the filter needs to be changed on the soda machine. I won’t be back

Service was lacking. Food was what you would expect from a chain Mexican restaurant. Ambiance was decent, however the booth we were sitting and had a giant rip in The vinyl which was somewhat uncomfortable to sit on. The top shelf skinny margarita was supposed to be fresh squeezed but taste more like roses lime juice. I'm definitely would not order again nor was it worth the $15 price tag. I will not be revisiting this restaurant nor would I recommend it to anyone else because there are plenty of other Mexican restaurant options nearby.

Our server, Jade, was wonderful! Great ambience for a casual eatery. Great food! Lots of creative options for Mexican style dining.
