I have been here numerous times. The ambience and the food is pretty consistent. But their new staff is a total bummer. The hostess could not crack a smile or greet us and acted extremely put out when I asked her to put us in  hey booth, since I had requested that on my reservation. We had a wonderful experience at Tiny Lou's. We enjoyed wine, cocktails, starters, and entrees. All the food was delicious and the service was amazing. We celebrated a birthday and were given a signed card from all the staff as well as a birthday candle and ice cream. A wonderful celebration!
Food was outstanding per usual. Our waiter however was not very friendly. He didn't smile the entire time despite our best efforts to get him to loosen up. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and he didn't even mention it despite two hostesses telling us Happy Birthday and being extremely friendly.
