I went there today to try the food since I wanted to get some Chinese food and I haven’t been to north lake mall in a long time.
When I entered the lady in front waved at us to go to her. She is a very nice lady, patient and overall great customer service.
All the food was fresh, hot, and tasty. The portions and price of the food were very good too. I got Mongolian chicken which was very good, fried rice and greens beans as well which were also very good. She let me try the peach drink which was very refreshing and good.
I recommend if you’re in the area for some good Chinese food, please come support and try it!

Although Northlake Mall is practically dead the food court is still surviving. Tokyo Express being one of the places that's still standing. Their food is good and flavor has been consistent for YEEEEARS. They will let you sample the food before buying, too. Portions are a good size.

Excellent service, very kind employees. Food was being prepared fresh despite how slow the mall itself is. Cook brought out fresh meats every few minutes. They even cooked my food to order. Don’t live near here but definitely coming back!

This Panera cannot handle this location!. They are always understaffed. The past 5 times I went there my order took too long and was wrong! Some times. they would fix the order... AND IT WOULD STILL BE WRONG! They are not trained well and the place is often very very dirty. Sad to say that I have spoken to many mgrs and that revolving door just keeps spinning. If Panera Bread co. has a Corporate office.. it is clear they are not paying this location any mind. I blame corporate for this useless space of a lunch spot.
