We recently visited the Omni hotel in Atlanta… And dined at the Top Draft restaurant each day during our stay. The atmosphere was wonderful… Being located on the third floor of the restaurant with a beautiful view of the city. We also never had a bad meal! One of the top reasons we kept visiting the restaurant each day was due to the great service from the waitress Pepi. She was so kind, personable and helpful. Our 9 year old daughter loved seeing her… And would always greet her with a hug. We will definitely be back to visit Pepi next time we’re in Atlanta.

We need to talk about the Chef. It was such a great experience he came out, sat us, took our order and served us. The food was so good and the service was even better. We had Brussels sprouts, lemon pepper honey wings, and the smash burger. Very rare in Atlanta to have everything! Sit outside! The roof is lovely.

We visited before a concert at State Farm. the views are incredible. The service when we visited was less than desirable. Anytime you wanted to order or ask for something, the service staff would act like it was an inconvenience or not their job. We are low maintenance folks. The smash burger I ordered was decent, but it was far from a traditional smash burger. The patties were thinner than normal burgers, but the smash must have happened before they put it on the grill. I would recommend visiting this place and having some drinks and food, but understand that the rating for this place is not an accident and you’re paying for the view.

The inside is way too over stimulating! The service was great. The food way too pricey! Two cokes and nachos plus tip i paid $60. The balcony area looked nice though. It was nice not having to get back in my car to battle Atlanta traffic. So there's that.
Edit: A couple days after I posted this review My husband and I went back for a date night. We had a good time. Still over stimulating but it is a sport's bar. We still had good service. We had a total of 2 drinks each and an appetizer of potato wedges plus tip this time it was about $88 bucks. I was happier with this purchase, maybe bc I left buzzed! lol

Place looks good, nice atmosphere. Went to order food there to take back to the hotel room and the server at the bar that attended us was terrible. Seems miserable to be working there or something and has to give terrible customer service for it. Ended up not even liking what I ordered and didn’t eat it. My girlfriend liked her food though and mine aswell. Leaving this review just to say I didn’t appreciate that “service” for a simple to go order and there’s also a to-go fee added to the total that we weren’t even made aware of till I questioned it afterwards and then had a receipt made showing it. People like that guy should never be in a customer service position.

We came here to celebrate my good friend’s birthday. Bernard was our bartender and he was amazing. Not only did he make great drinks but he made sure everyone was taken care of. Offered suggestions for food & beverage, engaged in conversation and made the evening more enjoyable. The view was fantastic and the servers were kind. Definitely coming back in the near future. This place did not disappoint.

The table was dirty, and the service was not very friendly. The waitress also wiped his mouth with the cloth with which she wiped the tables, which was very disgusting.

Wings were good. The service is poor. Open seating, so wait staff need to be more aware of new customers, constantly walk the floor instead of standing by the registers talking to each other. Ran completely out of buns, brioche, and pretzel. For an establishment whose only entrées are burgers and sandwiches served on buns, this is unfathomable. 10 out of 11 entrees were 86'ed.
