“The Decatur location is closer but I come here when I’m in the area because the customer service and the acai bowls are so much better. I normally do pickup and the bowls are always ready when I get there, they greet everyone that comes in, and have friendly attitudes. I would have given a 5 star but for some reason I’m unable to redeem my points here and the restroom didn't lock..“

“Some of the negative reviews of this place are just straight up ridiculous ? I moved here from Texas with my son. This is the closest tropical smoothie by us and it’s been nothing but wonderful every time. The smoothies and food always come out good. I don’t know her name, but the woman that works here with a pixie cut and piercings is always great with her customer service and overall just really nice.“

“I’ve visited this place multiple times, and I can confidently say that they never disappoint. The food is always delicious, although the portions are a bit small. It’s a bit pricey, but I consider it worth it since I only go there once or twice a year. The customer service is always great. The staff is friendly, polite, and always goes the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. They also have an extensive menu and various seating options, so you can choose a spot that suits your preferences. Oh, and they have a variety of smoothie options that are pretty good depending on flavor you picked, who’s making it, when they’re making it, and how they feel when they’re making it lol.

“I tried to download the app and use an invite code but it didn't work :( no free smoothie for me and my friend. I got a small açaí bowl with nutella. It melted kinda fast or I'm just a slow eater. It had some coconut flakes and nutella for nice texture. There was a bit of fruit but overall tasted great as a classic combo. Service felt kind of fragmented because the cashier had to keep asking the manager questions. Refreshing and healthy bowl!
