Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Cumming

“This TSC location is by far the cleanest store I’ve seen. And I visit several different locations. Ethan and Cabot at Browns Bridge were extremely professional and obviously took their jobs seriously. There wasn’t a piece of trash anywhere, tables were clean, floors swept and mopped, chairs pushed in, cook/prep areas were spotless, they greeted every customer upon arrival and departure. They talked to you and engaged in conversation and I never saw them look at a phone/device. I was there for at least 45 minutes. They spoke clearly and made eye contact. They even smiled. I can’t say I have seen this type of work ethic by employees in their age group (or even older) ever in the past 5-6 years. It was refreshing and this will be my preferred loc to stop in when craving my choc mocha smoothie. Not to mention this was the best smoothie I have had prepared by TSC anywhere. It actually tasted like it is supposed to taste. Kudos to the manager of this loc and exemplary customer service by Ethan and Cabot. They deserve a raise and/or promotion.“

“The only 2 people who should work here are the man and woman who work thursday mornings. The other days are terrible. They take forever and they get every order wrong. If you ask for whey protein they give you pea protein. If you ask for energizer they give you fat burner or nothing at all.“
