“I’ve visited this place multiple times, and I can confidently say that they never disappoint. The food is always delicious, although the portions are a bit small. It’s a bit pricey, but I consider it worth it since I only go there once or twice a year. The customer service is always great. The staff is friendly, polite, and always goes the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. They also have an extensive menu and various seating options, so you can choose a spot that suits your preferences. Oh, and they have a variety of smoothie options that are pretty good depending on flavor you picked, who’s making it, when they’re making it, and how they feel when they’re making it lol.

Parking: It’s a big parking you can park anywhere and walk.“

“Elizabeth was doing everything she greeted us when when first walked in, took our order, cleaned up and moved chairs while we were waiting and brought us everything as it came out. Feels like you don’t get service like that anymore.. the cook was also very kind a quick as well great experience will be back“

“I was so pleased to see the manager on duty encouraging the young ones on her shift. This location has done a splendid job of training these kiddos. It was so hectic but the manager set the pace and continually communicated and kept her staff engaged and on track. I even got to see her protect one of her staff from a particularly aggressive customer. All while being completely professional. She had her team on point. I very much appreciate that tropical smoothie nailed it when they hired this manager. I wish I caught her name. I was so impressed!“

“i ordered from this location to have delivered, and half of my order was missing when it arrived ! i was so upset but i called the location and asked for a refund since i couldnt get away from work. but Chris the manager told me he would deliver it! he remade my food so it was warm and toasty and even added cookies to my order. wow what great service from him honestly. thaks chris ! you were my hero today!“

“Went there today @ noon for a quick smoothie. Couldn’t taste the white chocolate in the smoothie after paying for extra to be added. Asked for it to be remade, and the response came with a little bit of push back but eventually it was remade. Appreciate you guys remaking it, the remake was much better.“
