“Hailey gets me right every time!! She consistently delivers high quality service with a smile. She is so courteous and her upbeat energy genuinely makes a difference. Good service really does matter, and Hailey is a great example of it! Thank you Ms. Netta for your leadership and building a strong team.“

“I recently started coming back to this location now that I’m a member of a workout studio near by. I love that they get the order right the first time. Theres one Black woman here that just has such an infectious spirit. She always smiles and wishes you a great day.

There’s one 3 miles away from my house and I drive 4 extra miles to come to this one.

Thank you everyone for your great service!“

“Update: Alana (I hope I spelled her name right) is one of the sweetest people I’ve met! She has amazing customer service, very helpful & was appreciative of helping with getting my smoothie tasty! I always enjoy this location.“

“The food here is always amazing and they know how to keep their customers happy and because of that I literally almost dine there everyday when im on T gates the service is excellent the food is delicious and fresh the smoothies are always blended perfectly and to put the cherry on top their customer service is always refreshingly great especially the recent interaction I had with their employee Anquisha M she was so pleasant and had such good energy and I know first hand how it can be having to interact with so many people in a day and keep a smile and be pleasant especially in fast food and I take my hat off to her for having such good energy and good vibes 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend this establishment and thank you again Anquisha“

“I frequent tropical smoothie quite a bit and this is by far my favorite! Extra friendly staff always brightens my day and service is super fast. They even know me by name! Though I’m not sure that’s good or bad …“

“I’ve visited this place multiple times, and I can confidently say that they never disappoint. The food is always delicious, although the portions are a bit small. It’s a bit pricey, but I consider it worth it since I only go there once or twice a year. The customer service is always great. The staff is friendly, polite, and always goes the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. They also have an extensive menu and various seating options, so you can choose a spot that suits your preferences. Oh, and they have a variety of smoothie options that are pretty good depending on flavor you picked, who’s making it, when they’re making it, and how they feel when they’re making it lol.

Parking: It’s a big parking you can park anywhere and walk.“

“The evening crew on today’s date 3/4/2026 around 5:30! 3 females & 1 gentleman, they were so awesome & how they treat their customers is amazing! It’s very clean in there as well! Keep up the good work TEAM! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️“

“My experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe was consistent with other locations—cool, refreshing, and reliable. The smoothies were well-blended, flavorful, and hit the spot, especially on a warm day. Service was quick and friendly, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and clean. It’s a solid go-to spot when you’re in the mood for something light, refreshing, and satisfying.“
