“When I paid for the smoothie, the swiper asked if I wanted to tip and after I chose “No tip”, it then said “BAD TIP”. I think that is very tacky considering this isn’t a sit down restaurant where you should always tip at least 20% if not more (only 15% if it's a horrible experience). I almost always tip at places that aren’t sit downs but a machine that says “Bad tip” definitely doesn’t make me want to tip. I would rather them just make everything a dollar or two more than have it say that to me. Not saying I won't come back, but just wanted to share that.“

“I was craving a smoothie right after my workout and luckily, I passed by Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Service was friendly and quick, and I had my Paradise Point beverage in less than 5 minutes of ordering. I couldn't tell what it was, but something was missing from the drink; it was too heavy on strawberries and bananas. I didn't sit inside but from what I saw, the restaurant was clean and organized.“
“Some of the negative reviews of this place are just straight up ridiculous ? I moved here from Texas with my son. This is the closest tropical smoothie by us and it’s been nothing but wonderful every time. The smoothies and food always come out good. I don’t know her name, but the woman that works here with a pixie cut and piercings is always great with her customer service and overall just really nice.“
“Great customer service. This is a HUGE tropical smoothie. The food was ready by time I got there because I ordered in the app. It was clean and just extremely spacious. You can have a literal party there. lol It's not their fault there is construction in front of the store, but the air quality due to construction was awful. Overall great store. Nice customer service.“

“I came in here yesterday and had a really bad experience. I completed a survey and also a Yelp review. I did receive a call from the manager Chef. He walked thru the entire experience with me and really took the time to listen to my concern. He then shared some things with me that provided context and a different perspective. I appreciate you! He offered me a complimentary smoothie and food item if I would come back and give them a second chance at that first impression. I obliged and they knocked it our the park! I was greeted upon entry, the store is immaculately clean, the atmosphere and attitude are totally different. It's night and day. Chef is leading by example here. You can tell. Keep it up y'all. I can't wait to come back.“

“Food is consistently good and quickly made. Good app to order ahead. Prices aren't the worst.The smoothies are usually more than I want (price/size/calories).I did get one with a promo recently, and it was sub-par.Restaurant is clean but small and not inviting for dining.“
