Stood at the counter for over 5 minuites (I'm serious. It was 5 min plus I checked. ) while the girl behind the counter continued to rinse and clean the used blenders. I get that it's 8 pm but they don't close until 9 pm. I tried to get her attention several times and I know she saw me because she had to turn towards me to set down the blenders. Did not acknowledge me or my group whatsoever. Continued rinsing. Didn't even say hello. What the heck. Rude service. Qe walked out. Wow.

I knew when I seen a bunch of Caucasians men my smoothie and wrap wasn’t gon be made right I wanted to be wrong so bad! Smoothie was rushed had chunks of fruit! Wrap wasn’t wrapped properly just disappointing all you want is to get what you pay for is that too much to ask?

I’m already paying a lot for a drink, so when I came to this location and chose not to tip a full 20% (I still DID tip and considering they do not wait tables or were performing a delivery service for me) I was honestly very humored by the message that popped up on the screen informing me that I had left a “bad tip.” Tipping culture has gotten severely out of hand and I honestly don’t know if I will ever go back to a tropical smoothie if they are going to say that to me…

I was craving a smoothie right after my workout and luckily, I passed by Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Service was friendly and quick, and I had my Paradise Point beverage in less than 5 minutes of ordering. I couldn't tell what it was, but something was missing from the drink; it was too heavy on strawberries and bananas. I didn't sit inside but from what I saw, the restaurant was clean and organized.

As much as I love the food, the staff here has the most disgusting attitudes ever. I went this past Saturday and walked up to the cash register as I browsed the menu. A gentleman with red curly hair proceeded to walk up to the register without acknowledging me at all. I didn't get a "Hello, what can I get you?" Nothing, just an awkward silence. So when I see it's up to me to break the ice I say to him "Hello, how are you?" And he nonchalantly responds "Good". Still did not ask can he take my order but just awkwardly stood there until I just took it upon myself to say "This order is to go, can I get the blah blah blah." I've encountered some rude cashiers at some places but this guy took the cake, did not say a word to me and left me to do his job for him by initiating communication in order for my order to be placed. Anyways I place the order and sit down and wait until it's ready and about 5 min later a tall Caucasian male comes from the back where he has finished preparing my order and says "Hummus wrap". Assuming it's mine I walk up and get my order from him and say "Thank you", to which he did not respond or acknowledge me like his co-worker at the register. I felt absolutely disgusted even patronizing a place that its employees did not acknowledge or greet me in any way, shape, fashion or form and I refuse to no longer come to this location anymore. Seems to me the employees are racist. I was so moved by the rude behavior towards me that I called the corporate office of Tropical Smoothie and spoke with a nice young lady who was apologetic and understood my frustration and ensured me that the owner and mangers of the location will be notified of the rude treatments these two gentlemen gave me on an otherwise beautiful Saturday afternoon, she even mailed me a gift certificate which I will be sure to use at ANOTHER location that I'm sure will be more friendly. BEWARE of the rude employees here!

Quick & friendly service. I picked up some orders for the family amidst the sweltering heat.The store was tidy & organized. Cheers to the happy high school students working. Although I didn't get a Smoothie, I did try their eatable straw - lime flavor - fun concept.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla through their app, went all the way home an discovered they only made the quesadilla with cheese and black beans. I called the store and spoke with Jay, whom advised me he would refund the quesadilla and remake it due to the inconvenience. When I get to the store I spoke with Chris who stated Jay is gone and she can either remake it or refund. I had the order remade and it was made so SLOPPY and then REMADE again and it appears they we’re trying to be funny because it was EVEN MORE SLOPPY. I then just asked for the refund and Chris says she can’t refund it only the GM who will be in the following day.Update; Funds were refunded and was even offered a free smoothie. From 1 star to 4
