I purchase order online a week ago and order completely wrong,, ask for money back bc it’s an online order could get it back then,, Mgr was suppose to refund,,, a week later still no refund… and corporate office is a joke,, I have called twice ,, still no call

Extremely slow, always behind on orders. Taxing when you just want a quick smoothie. I’m actually here now in need of a smoothie and it took the team 5 minutes to ask if I’m picking up or placing. Standing at the register ...... yes, I’d like to order please. Response: oh it’ll be about 5 minutes because we are backed up on orders. So I guess I’ll stand here until sombdy takes my order.
