The EMPLOYEES and the location are great. I have been at this location five times. I enjoy a Smoothie. But today I think I am done with this location. My smoothie tasted like bland and apparently too much ice blended with the strawberries and bananas. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS OCCURED.

Some of the negative reviews of this place are just straight up ridiculous ? I moved here from Texas with my son. This is the closest tropical smoothie by us and it’s been nothing but wonderful every time. The smoothies and food always come out good. I don’t know her name, but the woman that works here with a pixie cut and piercings is always great with her customer service and overall just really nice.

I am not happy with how this store is run. I ordered my lunch via delivery today. This is the first time I have ordered from this location.I ordered the Supergreen Cesar Salad w/ No tomatoes and extra dressing, the Kale Slaw and a Sunshine Smoothie with collagen, low-fat yogurt and fat burner, no turbinado.Let me point out I ordered through TSC's website, and Door Dash takes care of it.My order was almost an hour and a half late.When it arrives, it was an unknown wrap with tomatoes in it, no kale slaw and I'm not sure about the smoothie, since I've never had it with no turbinado before, and I'm certain they didn't put any supplements or yogurt in it. That was not what I had asked for.I called the store, and nobody answered the phone. I went to the store directly, and Renee, the manager, refused to do anything about it. I even explained to her how I ordered it, and had the emailed receipt. She wouldn't remake my order, or refund me. Even when I called Door Dash and they said the store owed me a refund, she still refused. She wouldn't even want touch my phone to talk to the agent. She was even more concerned over losing money than resolving an issue. I called TSC Corporate to report her and requested my refund.Renee, I hope it was worth saving money, because you may have lost your job. All you had to do, was remake my order. You didn't even listen to me.I used to work in food service, and I have never treated anyone like that. The customer always comes first.

Since I haven’t been able to get anyone on the phone in days, there’s been no response to my refund request through the app and since there’s no other way to communicate with anyone they now get probably my first bad review ever. I ordered like $30 worth of smoothies and food the other day to be delivered I was taking advantage of the Black Friday deal free delivery over $25 so I order everything and a DoorDash driver was to deliver the order. The driver was named Daniel and he also hung up on me and didn’t come back like he said he would. But he proceeds to drop our smoothie in front of my front door it busts all over the ground he apologizes (per my kids dad) and my kids dad cleans up the mess and said the driver said he was going to get a replacement beverage and come back. Well he doesn’t and no one answers his he phone there and I’m at the point now where I’m about to go up there and make sure I make everyone’s job very difficult and that not only does my issue get resolved but at this point I should get the entire order replaced or credit for the whole meal PLUS my money back and then I’ll need help making sure Daniel faces consequences l.

Every time I come to this location, my food is either cold or prepared poorly. Wait times vary day by day but food is ALWAYS COLD no matter the day or time.

I ordered 2 smoothies on Uber Eats, only received 1. I’m not sure if they made them or not, my driver told me they only gave her 1 so either she’s lying or they didn’t make them at the store and no one thought to let me know before I got my order, I would’ve just got another smoothie. I called the store at least 10 times, no answer. My quesadilla was horrible and I didn’t even get a straw for my smoothie. Horrible customer service around the board. I’m a a manger at my job and I never leave reviews like this because I know sometimes things just go wrong and I don’t want to get anyone fired but I was so disappointed with my customer service today. I use to order from this place all the time, idk what’s going on but from reading the comments, y’all need to make some changes.

I normally order my smoothies on Uber eats but I decided to go in today . Not only were the employees kind but the guy who made my smoothie did that . He really made it with love and my partner and I really appreciated it after a long workout .

watered down smoothie, her idea of repairing my drink she messed up to begin with was to add MORE water AND ice, whereas all I said was you left out the peanut butter -> she REMADE it by adding more ice and water (very little peanut butter) and had a ton leftover in the blender (mostly my actual fruits/ingredients, and my cup filled with WATER) I even paid tip for $10 OF WATER

Great light somewhat healthy options. Their non smoothie options must be tried. Best to order on app as it takes awhile for your order to be prepared. We go there multiple times during baseball tournaments. They need to open one in Kansas City!

First time visiting this location and they were out of half of the menu. They also only had one person working and she seemed very frustrated and overwhelmed. I walked out without buying anything. Will avoid this location in the in future
