The food was just ok but the service was good

The bulgogi tots were kind of flavorless and the fried chicken sandwich was too sticky for my taste. Not sure if it was supposed to be dunked in that sauce.

The Thai iced tea is solid.

José took our order and he was very kind and friendly. Ordered the half and half hot dog and mozzerella and when I got my order, it was covered with sugar instead of regular. Went back and asked about it and it was an honest mistake and said I was fine. Jose made me another one for free. Customer service was excellent and was a fun and delicious experience. Would go again!

KJ is cool as a cucumber! He checked on us as soon as he came in for his shift. I can tell he easily adjusts to the vibes of his customers. He made conversation with my us. Then he served us drinks based on what we said. Rad. As a bartender, I appreciate bar experiences like this. Hate going to Ponce sometimes, but I’ll be back to see KJ! Thanks again.
