So today I came in to get a piece of pizza and there was a light skin man with a Man bun he seemed to have a attitude the entire time when I asked my pizza to be in the oven a little bit longer because I wanted it crispy and he rolled his eye so when they got time to ringing me up, he had a attitude the whole time and it was very nasty and it made me feel uncomfortable

On November 22nd, my family and I were traveling when I asked my son to place a food order at Villa Pizza #6002 in the airport, as I was in a wheelchair. Unfortunately, the employee, Chantel, took advantage of my son by providing him with an unreasonably small slice of pizza for $6.31. When I inquired why he accepted it, he explained that the woman who assisted him was rude, which made him feel intimidated. I had to leave my wheelchair and walk from Gate 34 to address the situation. Upon my arrival, I encountered Chantel, who was indeed very rude and seemed offended by my questions regarding the small and cold slice of pizza given to my son. Other customers in line confirmed that the pizza size was inadequate and noted Chantel's unprofessional demeanor. One woman even remarked to her husband about the consistent rudeness of the staff. It is regrettable that I could not send my son to get food without him feeling uneasy and intimidated by someone in a service role. I would appreciate it if someone from Villa Pizza could reach out to me regarding this experience. Given this incident, I will not return to this location, especially with Chantel on staff, as she does not reflect well on the company.

Stupid I wait in line for a long time following the menu when they claim having kids meal on THERE MENU AND THEM when I got to the register for them to say aint no kids meals 🤔LIKE DONT WAIST MY TIME OR OTHER PEOPLE TIME but they have it there part of there menu make no sense to me MISLEADING people the trying to catch a fly while they playing waisting people time

Pierre is a rude employee. On many occasions when serving customers, he has a horrible attitude towards others when simple questions were asked or while people were ordering. I tried to keep a positive mind thinking he would realize the way he was speaking. Yes, it was very busy when I was ordering, but the other employees working there were not rude or making rude gestures/faces. Also, he messed up on one of my orders. For the money I was paying for the food, I was expecting better service.

Last Saturday there a young boy who had the name tag (Derrick) he served me and he seemed to be rushing around alot but he was very sweet and always had a smile on his face and his service was better than other employees

Poor customer service
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The women cashier was very rude and unhelpful, and the food was mediocre at best. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is the worst pizza place and the service is even worse they aren’t even full size slice of pizza I had my son with me the woman wouldn’t take it back and give me another slice until I threw it out in front of her in a busy airport and paid $7 for it beyond rude

If I could give a lower star and still leave a review it would be negative. The workers were beyond rude and totally inept at doing their job. But the owners are obviously checked out or I would hope they would not assault the public this terrible display of not only pizza but customer service.

Worst experience I have ever had. The customer service (if you can even call it that) was horrible. Very rude and unorganized staff. Left without even receiving our food. If I could give negative stars I would. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else.

Terrible service!! Ordered pasta, told I had to wait 15 minutes so I paid and waited 40 minutes for it!! No apologies… pasta was still hard and full of water.
