Vinny's N.Y. Pizza & Grill - Midtown

Ordered pizza on their website. Was suposed to be delivered by 850pm pizza was dropped off at 10:06 cold and hard as a rock. Shop was closed when I tried calling. Called back the next night and manager was unwilling to rectify. Tried to ask driver about a refund as well didn’t speak English and told me it’s ok.

Great food, horrible service. Hours aren’t consistent with what’s posted online. I have tried getting a pizza the last 2 nights & they locked doors & refused to take orders 30-45 minutes before closing.

VERY Yummy Calzones! I can imagine the hand tossed pizzas to be great, as well. You can even get Pizza by the slice at any hour, which is a rarity.
Very nice staff, as well.
Would definitely recommend!

The food was good, the delivery driver was awesome (thru Toast, I believe), and really helped a lot. It was delivered, hot and on time.

However, when I called to check status - they shared the driver had just left. I inquired whether they had seen the request for plates, napkins, peppers, and parmesan cheese -- the person on phone stoically and nonchalantly said, no, we don't do that. Great opportunity to learn that pretty much every pizza place on the planet provides these, especially with large orders to non-residential places.

The pizza is normally delicious, but this time the crust was burnt. I ordered the salad without red onions and it came with onions. Food is usually on point, but this time was a bit disappointing.

Stopped by after seeing the Falcons game on the TV, walked in and only had to wait >10 minutes before they brought out the best NY style pizza in Midtown. The staff was friendly and efficient. Good price, great service, better pizza.

Vinny’s Diavolo pizza was the bomb. Highly recommend! Flavor was great and it wasn’t a puddle of grease like so many other pizza places are these days.
