I visited this Waffle House late at night and found the restaurant severely understaffed. There was only one elderly lady serving the entire dining area and a cook working hard in the back. Both of them were doing their absolute best under tough circumstances, but it was clear they couldn’t keep up with the large number of customers coming in.
The lady serving was kind and patient despite being visibly overwhelmed. However, with so many people waiting for food and service, the experience was understandably slow. It’s not the fault of the staff on duty—they deserve a lot of credit for their effort.
Management really needs to address staffing issues to ensure both customers and employees are better supported, especially during busy hours.

Okay, so my husband and I were just there after driving from the airport in desperate need of food and coffee. I sat down, no acknowledgement, made eye contact with my server MULTIPLE times, no acknowledgment. After about 7 minutes, my waiter (an older, black, shorter lady with salt and pepper short hair) walked up with her notepad never greeted us and asked what we were drinking and then stood there waiting for us to order. I said “I’m not sure what I want to eat. I need a menu.” She goes and grabs ONE umenu and sits it down and then walks off and starts washing dishes. She then proceeds to walk up to another worker and antagonize her, causing a scene and an unnecessary argument. She was literally leaning into the other lady’s direction aggressively. My husband and I decided to leave. I’m good on being served by a hateful person. This lady is LITERALLY bad for business.

●When I arrived, the cook was standing outside the front entrance. ●There were just 3 to 4 other diners inside. ●Ordered coffee did not bother to drink after I saw to hairs ( beard ) in my eggs ●Bacon really tasted like burnt something, so I ordered sausage (inwhich she charges me for this) ●Anyone up for " grit soup " ●Eggs beyond soft ( more like loose soft and again had 2 hairs (beard) ●When I went to the register, taken the food and informed the waitress that served me *bless her heart* it didn't register what I has stated to her ■I'm assuming the person that offered me a refund was the manager / I chose to decline. I will not be returning to this Waffle House or any Waffle House Note:: Not at this location but further in Sandy Springs " I WATCH THE COOK VAPE WHILE AT WORK STANDING AT THE GRILL COUNTER, RETURN THE VAPE TO HIS RIGHT FRONT POCKET" 😡

On point .. fast & friendly. Jonsey was my server, and she was @$#%*!% Awesome... @ corperate when you mandate to go only at night then add that 20% fee for To-go orders.... that's garbage .. basically your just charging 20% more...

We visited this waffle house after a night hanging out. Supposedly something occurred at another Waffle House so they decided to not allow anyone to eat indoors. They actually called police on a patron that paid for his food and wanted to eat in the restaurant. They actually charge for an additional fee for togo orders. Awful treatment. The waffle is not even the same size it used to be and not even full. I forgot to take a pic of mines which was oddly shape with jagged edges. Anyway this pic is less than the size of the container.
Filthy! Wife and I seated ourself in a booth. Waited for a long period of time decided what we wanted to eat and just waited looked around and noticed that were to waffle House employees seated next to us waiting to transition to the next shift and five others bunched up behind the grill.
We were finally acknowledged by an older woman yet we still did not get our order taken so we left.
