“I came in here today to take advantage of the national wing day special. I ordered online and the food was ready right on time. The staff was friendly and attentive to me as soon as I walked in. The food was hot and crispy and the taste was AMAZING!! I got garlic parmesan tenders and lemon pepper wings and they were bussin!!!“

“This place doesn't deserve so much hate. I eat here about every other week and everything I've gotten here has been good. Good sized wings and tasty flavors. The one time I had a problem and came back, they went out of their way to correct the order. I always pick up in person so that probably avoids a lot of problems here but overall, this place is solid.“

“This review is based on an anonymous source related to the kitchen- to all customers at this location, please do not order at this location within the last 50 minutes of closing time on any given time, your order will not be made, also please do not refer to the wait time on your app as the absolute time your food will be ready, your order may be ready before that time or many minutes after depending on if we are busy at the time, the times we are busy are Fridays, weekends, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, please bare with us we cannot communicate with the customers that the store is busy, we have no way of telling the customers that the store is currently in a rush so their food may be late, thank you for your patience. Also please refrain from ordering 30 plus orders late at nights or 30+ flats/drums, we obviously cannot tell you not to order them but it sometimes does pose an inconvenience to the workers, thank you all for your understanding hope you have a great day“

“Great service great vybe!! Came in less than hour until closing and service was still great. The brand has a spotty reputation that’s location specific but Cascade road location is a HIT! Food was prepared quickly, accurately and taste was 💯, even w/ complicated order. Shamiah along w/ mgmnt on this holiday night was courteous and appeared to be working like a regular day! Top notch!“
