WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

The problem I had is I ordered a milkshake when I got for pick up. They had the milkshake sitting on the counter, NEXT to the freezer instead of it. Which means it had severely melted.
I suggest putting in your notes. DON'T MAKE SHAKE UNTIL I ARRIVE or Keep IT IN FREEZER. They don't understand the ice cream MELTS!.

Ordered through door dash. The driver took our order and cancelled our order. We re-ordered and WNB refused to remake our food because “the kitchen already made the food and will not make it again”. When we explained what happened and that we did not receive our meal, they continued to refuse to remake it and said we could try again tomorrow. Worst customer service. We will never order from them or eat there again since they clearly don’t care about the customer.

Worst wings in Atlanta. And dont act like you have a problem with the food or the service. The old asian man that own the place doesnt care about your complaints. Will never patronize this place again.

I love this place!!! It's quality food and delicious fresh french fries and food in general! I love the fries, good burgers!! I gotta try the wings next!!

I ate here last night,the lemonade and the French fries were ok,there was no juice in the cheesesteak,on a scale of 1 -10- I would give the cheesesteak a 4

Ordered through uber. Chicken wings were a little rancid, the Buffalo wings were not Buffalo. I Ordered medium and they tasted like straight pepper and they were salty as hell. I also got lemon pepper which coulda been good but they were salty as as all get out too. Never again, this place is gross and food taste like they don't care.

Wings are excellent. Burger was serviceable. I'll get the wings again, certainly.

Service: this is a take out place. Yes they have plenty of tables, but no service to speak of. Nothing wrong with that, but just so you know.

Atmosphere is on the clinical side. Very bright and clean, but not a place where I want to hang out.

Next time I'll pick up wings on the way home. Several more flavors look promising.
