This place is a must stop. The people who work there are so friendly, and the portions are generous. I had the ribs, and my friend had the pig ears. Highly recommend if you’re looking for some serious barbecue.

Limited sides Cobbler taste like 5lbs of sugar BBQ sauce was good Ribs dry & tough for $17 for 6 bones no sides I couldn’t recommend this to any of the ppl I know.

I Love this place food is always delicious and the owners are wonderful!!
I love the food. Greens like grand ma greens. The potote salad taste my aunt cookie made it. My baked chicken with a splash of bbq sauce was delicious, and service was excellent even though they were about to close.

Found this spot on Google and decided to take a leaf of faith. It turned out to be a disappointment.Typically, BBQ shacks like these with wood fire smokers are the best. Unfortunately , not this one.We got a 6 ribs diner ($26), and a braise chicken dinner ($12)The ribs were dry and chewy, I had a hard time swallowing the meat.The chicken tasted ok.The BBQ sauce was good.Overall, the taste is decent, but i couldn't get over the quality of meat, tasted like low end meat. I ended up tossing thr chicken dinner, and I almost never throw away food!For the price, I think you can better BBQ/ soul food else where.

I’ve been to this place a few times and I always get greens, potato salad and ribs. Food was amazing. Well, on Sunday 4/14/24, I tried baked chicken, greens and potato salad. The chicken was not fresh, the gravy was still a little cold, the collard greens was straight out of the can; I was not expecting that taste, and the potato salad was store bought. I was very disappointed being that my previous experiences was amazing. The steam table wasn’t on because the food looked cold and the man had to warm up my food in the microwave. I won’t be going back.

I had a craving for BBQ earlier and wanted to try a new, less “commercialized” restaurant. The fact that this is a Black owned spot made it even better. I was not disappointed (other than by the 30 minute drive it took in Sunday ATL traffic to get there). The ribs were tasty, the greens were just right and the mac & cheese was super creamy. I really enjoyed the service I received as well, so the negative reviews are interesting to see. I’d definitely come back!
