Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Such an awesome experience at Zaxbys today! The food was on point, it was fast, hot, and absolutely delicious! The customer service really stood apart for me with a gentleman named Grover making sure every guest had everything that they needed and the dining room was in top notch condition. So a special thanks to Grover for handling the dining side, and to the man behind the curtain, James Scarborough, for providing exceptional food my lunch! Will definitely have this Zaxbys in my regular lunch spots list.

I expected more from this location being that it’s new. I was in the area and decided to stop and order. I wish I would have kept driving! I hate paying for food that looks played over. They gave me burnt boneless chicken with hot honey mustard sauce thrown on top. I always order this meal and this was the worse presentation and service I’ve had so far. No sauce for the chicken. Smh! It tasted like crispy traditional wings. Not juicy tender chicken with a light crisp on the outside. The pic I attached is after I asked her to remove the pieces that were black burnt but I still wasn’t satisfied based on what I know it should look and taste like!

My kids were given kid meals with literally 5 fries. I’m so disappointed as I was hungry! Total waste of $25! I won’t recommend this location!

This is a great new location that performs like a well oiled fast food machine. Grover is a great help and everyone else, while I can’t recall their names, are excellent service-wise as well!

Oh my goodness! So I am down here in Atlanta at Children’s Hospital the new Arthur Blank hospital and my son who is doing chemo, love Zaxby’s. So they’re just happens to be one right across the street on Briarcliff Road. Let me just tell you that these are the most amazing human beings I have ever met in a fast food restaurant. Steven, the owner, my client possibly be the nicest man on the planet. And Grover, the host if you will, is definitely not a human. He is an angel! Sweetest man I’ve ever met in my life so loving so kind so thoughtful so giving. Please give Zaxby’s on Briarcliff a chance. I believe that you will be very pleased with how amazing they are. I love these guys.

We had a great experience at this Zaxby’s. It is a nice new building, and the food came out in a timely manner. Grover and Tony made sure we felt welcome and that we had everything we needed!

Food was fresh, hot, swift service & the order was correct. This spot used to be Boston Market,now Zaxby is the new business. Open till 12 am. I ordered online then drove to pick it up, to my surprise they literally were accepting drive-thru orders till 12 am.

This Zaxbys is truly elite. Every time we come the food is hot, service is incredible, and the atmosphere is great. Mr. Johnson was the one preparing our food today, and it was hot and delicious as ever. Grover is one of the hardest working men I have ever seen. His passion for the game is second to none. The only fair comparison would be to Julio Jones in his prime.
