Always enjoy our time at Ziba's. It has been wonderful to see this bistro really find its perfect groove over time. We would nearly always get the steak frites but now that they have a Friday Fish Fry!! OMG... I'm from the upper Midwest where Friday fish fries were a staple. I've missed them in GA so much! So, I am thrilled they now have one! The fish is good quality cod and the beer batter is perfect - so light and not greasy. Tartar sauce can make or break a fish...
We had a wonderful evening. The oysters were chilled, firm and salty, the French 75 delightful as were the meatballs and artichoke. Our waitress Colbi was terrific, she check on us just the right amount of times and made sure we had everything we wanted and needed. It eas a wonderful birthday evening.
Just the two of us celebrating my husband's birthday. Started with a dirty martini and the spicy shrimp appetizer -both were excellent. Shared the whole branzino and the crème brûlée with the sazerac. Plentiful and delicious! Our waitress, Sandy, was great—just the right amount of attention.
