Super fun decor (they go all out for Halloween) + EXTREMELY attentive and friendly service from Marco made this an incredible date night spot. Good for party vibes and cute cocktails. Reasonably priced and valet parking.

The last two times I've visited this restaurant the food has not been up to par as it was on previous visits. The queso chorizo had very little chorizo and was overall very bland. The shrimp tacos had a lot of shrimp, but again, the taste was very bland. Margaritas were great, so moving forward I will only come here for cocktails and no longer for food. The 87 rating that we noticed on the way out didn't help either. So sad, as I'm a regular with this neighborhood...

I'm used to zocalo's being an adults only vibe, where my friends and I go to drink margs, listen to music and have a good time. But this time there were so many children it looked like a daycare. Which is not zocalo's fault but really disappointing to see. Plus the music was incredibly loud, particularly where we were seated a speaker was directed right behind our heads. Interestingly they had a decibel meter in a corner behind us and behind the speaker which consistently...
