I would have given this place 5 stars because of John’s excellent service. He was kind and professional after l a negative interaction I had at the entrance.
I asked the employee at the front door if military admission was free. Instead of answering, he replied, “It’s only $5.” When I clarified that I wasn’t asking about the price, I repeated my question. The response felt dismissive and implied I was being unreasonable for asking about veteran admission.
