We always get the cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets and they always taste great! Sometimes the wait is a bit long but we don’t mind as it means hot, fresh pretzelsI will say, though, customer service could be better but I’ve been to worse. Overall, great little snack place to visit when in the mall

Unfortunately the order was placed incorrectly. I was charged for pretzel bites and asked for a pretzel. The pretzel was not even close to regular size. A pretzel and a soda was more than $8. Not worth it

It's in the mall, in the food court, and if you don't come early on the weekend it is packed and lines are long. (A friend informed me later that there is a separate kiosk downstairs -i think -but it's probably very busy too) If you want to avoid that come as soon as the doors open. But the employees are providing services for auntie anne, Cinnabon, and the smoothie place so you will more than likely have to wait. I got there in time enough for another employee...
