“I have never been a waffle person, but Cafe on 8th has created such a delicious and savory way to enjoy waffles. I had the low country waffle which has the essence of a delicious bowl of Shrimp and Grits. The waffle texture of course is not grits, but held its own with the crunchy corners and pillowy centers that sopped up all that rich flavor. I'm excited to try the other dishes soon.“
