I HAD FOOD DELIVERED BY GRUB HUB, THE DRIVER DID EVERYTHING RIGHT. THE FRENCH FRIES WERE DRY AND HARD AND COLD, THE CHICKEN WINGS WERE DRY HARD AND COLD. THEY DIDNT HAVE THE BOTTLE DRINK I PAID FOR!

Had a fantastic experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Augusta, GA!
Our waitress was absolutely wonderful—she was attentive, friendly, and provided truly quick service, which was impressive considering how busy they were. The food was amazing; everything came out hot and fresh. I highly recommend the cheese curds and the wedges; they were the highlight of the meal!
The only minor note, and this is completely expected for a sports bar, is that the venue was very loud. If you're looking for a quiet dinner, this isn't the spot, but if you want great wings, quick service, and a lively atmosphere, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend this location!

Mr. Lavarious was extremely nice, professional and displayed great customer service skills… I’m not a fan of BWW however I was visiting family… the Asian zing wings were pretty tasty and the surprisingly the onion rings were good.. everything else was just okay…

30 minute wait, to a restaurant with lots of open tables. Been a regular here for a while and nothing but server complaints of poor management and lack of help. It shows... food was sub standard, chicken crispers or whatever theyre called was dry, french fries tasted old and re-heated. As far as service there's no fun here. Had a server and some other employees hovering over the wall, leaning over the table we're sitting at watching the football game, very rude, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Rather disappointing overall, won't be back here ever again...

Walked in and the hostess walked up then turned her back to us to talk to someone at a table .. no big deal but odd. She apologized and we moved on. Then we asked to not be in the middle of the room said we were okay waiting if need be. She says no problem takes a look at her seating chart and says she's got one. Walks us past two tables that were against the wall, and sits us in the middle of the dinning area so our backs would be to the bar (and all the people there). The seats and table were tacky, like you could feel the stickiness left from the last time it was wiped off with a dirty rag, there was literally FOOD pieces INSIDE the menus. We left before even being greeted by the server.

Amanda is an AMAZING bartender. She'll remember everything about you order if you frequent, and she'll always go the extra mile to make sure you've enjoyed your food and drinks. If you get the chance to, sit at the bar!
