Buffalo Wild Wings

Rude and was forgotten about…how I don’t know because it wasn’t anyone here for real. Also turned off the music that we selected ( wasn’t inappropriate).

This past Friday night my family of 4 dined here. We arrived about 8:15. We were seated fairly quickly. That was the only good thing about our experience. It went down from there. We sat for about 8 to 10 minutes wondering who our waitress was because no one had acknowledged us or taken our drink orders. The waitress FINALLY arrived and took our drink orders and an appetizer order. Another waitress brought out the appetizer. We watched as our waitress flitted around to other tables, ignoring us. We flagged her down and told her we were ready to order. It was as if we hadn't said anything to her. She never returned to take our order. Again, We watched her go to other tables to take care of them. We asked another waitress who was passing by to please get us the manager. At this point it was 8:56. This was totally ridiculous. We got our food. The manager never came back to check on us or anything. After all of this, The waitress would come by and ask if we needed anything. What For? We're through with you. She brought the bill out. We left the bill money, and nothing else, on the table. Not again Buffalo Wild Wings... Not again.

Food came after about 30 minutes asked for ranch, 5 separate times didnt get it till I was about to ask for it again for the for a buffalo wrap it was cold by the time I got it. drinks didn't come till about 35 minutes. Our host had 2 tables. They comped the fried pickles because they never showed up. At the end the manager was cool and gave us a to go box with the fried pickels.

Good food!! Not bad prices! Especially on Thursdays! Staff is nice as well and very respectful

I ordered a kids meal-boneless chicken wings w Spicy Garlic flavor & an order of fries. The wings were plain (I added the bbq sauce that they put in a cup) & the fries were cold as ice & hard as a rock! Second time trying them & both times the order was messed completely up. Better off ordering Wing Stop 🤷🏾‍♀️

This place has gone downhill. Bartenders are nice but whoever they have in the kitchen is terrible. Queso was brought out cold. We then get our wings and are shorted 10 from what we ordered. Had to wait another 30 minutes for them to bring us the correct wings. No apology or sense of urgency whatsoever. Not worth the price when you can get better customer service at quite literally anywhere else in Augusta.

Chevy, our server, was very unpleasant. She took a very long time to do everything from taking our order to taking our payment. We stayed at the restaurant for roughly an hour and a half and she came up to the table maybe four times. When she wasn’t at the table, she wasn’t present in the restaurant at all. I myself have been serving for a long time and noticed a lot of things that was very unattentive. Will be coming back, but we will sit at the bar next time.
