Yowza! great meats and great sides. Best greens I've ever had - i think they must add ham hocks. We have Russels in Wilmington, Delaware which is fantastic, but I loved Smoke Show's greens more - over the top! Mark
Went Pollards Corner. The pulled pork was succulent. Mac and cheese 🧀 was absolutely fire 🔥.
The mac and cheese is the ONLY thing I ever get from this food truck and EVERY TIME, IT HIT! Definitely the best mac and cheese in Augusta.

This BBQ joint is a must-try, with options available for those who don't eat pork. Be sure to order extra, as they often sell out quickly! The pulled pork sandwich is perfection and the hash and rice is a favorite. The Mac and Cheese tastes like grandma’s and the coleslaw is creamy and the perfect pairing with the tangy BBQ. The food had great flavor and the staff is very nice and professional. Shannon, the chef, is extremely personable and answers all questions with a smile. The food truck has no tables, but it is a fan favorite.
