Service was terrible. I really wanted the “new” triple bacon burger ? and that came out dry with no taste to it, the fries were cold and stiff, I got a black cherry margarita and it tasted like Tobacco and no cherry taste at all. I asked the server if by chance he can take the drink back and he told me “all alcohol sales are final but he could ask his manager” I said ok. He came back and said sorry the manager said the drink is final and they wouldn’t take it off the bill. Manager NEVER came to greet us and apologize for the way the drink tasted. The server never asked if we needed a refill and the tables look like they have not been cleaned and water was spilled all over the floor behind us with no signs up. We are all around disgusted with the service at BWW.

Sat there for 15 minutes before a manger (I believe) came over to take our order. He was nice but different servers kept coming by to drop of refills and drinks and food and we didn’t know who our server actually was until the end. Being a server myself there wasn’t really any excuse. Just communicate and acknowledge a table if you’re super busy and it’s going to take you a minute. It makes all the difference. The burgers were great, but the fries were old.

The waiter clearly wanted to be anywhere but there. He had a sassy, nasty attitude. He never brought napkins or silverware, and my wings came out 15 minutes before my husband's. My food had grown cold before his came out. We didn't eat and left. The waiter argued and gave attitude on the way out the door.

Dont go there at night....They will NOT put any sauce on your wings and if they do its very minimal. Its like someone in the kitchen said lets make this order as worse as possible. They have a kitchen problem not a service problem
For the 3rd time on our pickup order, we order 30 wings and only get 20. Then, have to wait 20 more minutes for nobody to assist until I literally stand at the kitchen door for some assistance. They give us only 1 ranch and no marinara sauce with our cheese sticks. Nobody wants to service take out as 4 other customers were frustrated as well. No attention to detail from the crew. Where is the leadership at here?

Food is always good and the wait staff is excellent. Sometimes, it can be a bit too loud when it comes to the volume setting on the TVs. I'm hard of hearing in one ear, but wooh, when that volume is pegged to the max. I can hear only the TV and nothing else, lol.

I’ve felt like BWW has started going down hill the last couple years but I believe they’ve completely fell off at this point. Ordered through Uber. I got 10 wings they were all small flats that were covered in a ridiculous amount of cold sauce. The potato wedges were pretty good that’s where the 2 stars comes from. I ordered ranch, blue cheese, and paid for an additional ranch but did not receive any of them. Uber did not give a refund even though I paid for the ranch which is crazy to me. The receipt was signed that the order was checked but seems that who ever is in charge of checking is so terrible at their job that they don’t even actually look and have zero integrity or pride and just scribble their name. I mean you work at a dang wing place you’d think that noticing there was no ranch with an order could be handled even by the most incompetent worthless of mouth breather but guess not. I wonder is it stupidity or laziness ??? Probably both.
