Worst establishment i have been to in a while. Been standing in line for 10 mins I AM AT THE REGISTER. Workers have a girl behind the counter holding a baby. The others are clearly ignoring me and the two other customers. 12 mins someone asks to take our order only to find out the shake machine us down. I don't recommend you visit this establishment

Place to 55 Dollar on the way home from buying groceries got home and had a whole order missing and the kids meal drink I called them and they didn't tell me to come back but I live in Hephzibah and don't go to Augusta but maybe once a month

I went by at 730 pm last night and ordered a chocolate milkshake and a Whopper. They said they shut the milkshake machine down for the night already which is asinine, especially on a Saturday night, and although nobody was in the drive thru or restaurant, it still took 10 minutes to get one burger (no fries or drink, literally one cheese Whopper), and the girl at the drive thru must have fallen off the turnip truck in front of the building and they gave her a job because she just mumbled incoherently and would point and breathe heavy which is laughter to their kind, I believe. Corporate Burger King just needs to pay our government to initialize a drone strike on this store. Nothing useful is happening here and it makes the Burger King name worse than it already is.

I have never been treated like I was not there standing at a counter, with a young lady total ignoreding me, and very rude. At that time I didn't trust her with my food. The assistant Manager assistant my husband d and I. We will never go back to this location again. Why hired someone so rude especially an older person.
