My first time at THIS Captain Ds. I wanted to try the new $5.99 Spicy Fish, Shrimp, and Fries. I went inside to order, originally planned on getting it to go, but there were no other customers inside, the place was clean, so I decided to dine in.My order was quickly prepared and given to me. I went to a table and began to load my baked potato (upcharge from the Fries) with the butter and sour cream. Neither of them melted.I bit the fish stick. A little spicy, and barely warm. The shrimp weren't warm at all, and none of them were spicy, neither were the hush puppies.The staff were friendly and neatly dressed, but I'm very unpleasantly surprised by the room temperature food. I brought it home with me to eat later after I get it heated.

The food is very good for this type of place. I especially like their fish. It's very crispy, very tasty, and not at all greasy. I'm also very fond of the grilled shrimp skewers. The service staff are quite nice. It's not exactly fine dining, but the food is good and the price is right.

Clean restaurant, the grounds were clean inside the restaurant was cleaned too. Service was good, and the people there were friendly. The atmosphere was good. The music wasn't loud or blaring. You can actually sit and eat and have a conversation with your friends or family without loud music, which is great.Vegetarian options: They have green beans, fried okra Cole slaw baked potatoe.Parking: Clean parking area and plenty of parking too. Handicap ♿️ friendlyKid-friendliness: Family orientedWheelchair accessibility: Yes, they have access from the parking lot to the restaurant to the inside, too. They have tables where a person in a Wheelchair can sit at without a problem.

The customer service is a bit unfriendly, and inpatient I asked them what type of fish do they cook in a certain menu and they responded they just batter fish. Lol ??. Obviously that's an ignorant response. But overall a decent fast food option and prices are reasonable based on usual inflation.

Tried the new chicken nuggets combo and I have to say I love the tenders but this was a great spin on the chicken and I loved it...My grand baby was all in my plate as I chose green beans and rice to go with my meal. Will definitely be going back and ordering here again. Service was good the young lady was friendly but she could have smiled a little more. Thanx guys??Dietary restrictions: You don't have to get breading they have grilled options..Wish they would bring back the grilled chicken..miss that option but you have actual veggies you can opt in to your meal while eating out.
