Arrived this psst Sunday about 230pm. Told the hostess we (3 of us) wanted to sit on the patio area. She said to help ourselves to any open seating. We got a Hightop table, and luckily we know the bartender....or we NEVER would have been served. Two different waitresses walked past us a dozen times. Never once brought us menus, took our order.
Will serious think hard about going back

We had great service tonight with our waitress Janay B she is very out going great customer service always smiling very easy to talk to. The times we have ate there every one has been great. But Janay tops them all so when you go in to the Ale House ask for Janay if you want great service.

Best staff in Augusta, Georgia. Very clean restaurant inside and on the patio. Very relaxing, comforting, and warm atmosphere. Winter is my favorite time. If you have not tried the nachos, I suggest you do so. No where do you get the flavor marinated in the beef or chicken whichever you choose. Or no meat at all they still deliver exceptional pub quality. The meatballs are the best I've ever had in Augusta. That include Italian restaurants. They are a limited time. So go in and try them out. They would make a great meatball sub on ciabatta. These meatballs are way to delicious to stop. And the grouper fingers are so delicious. Fried in a delectable batter. Then there is the salmon 😋 😍 👌🏽. O.k. I could keep going. I love this restaurant. Everything about it. Unbeatable prices and consistent management. Please keep the meatballs and pasta dishes. Great for winter hearty meals.😋😋😍😄

late night meal with the family went great! our server Joey had great energy and was on top of everyone’s needs. Food was correct and about $25 per person with cocktails being served. thanks for taking care of us Joey :) great service and wonderful time here.

Now this what I am talking about. I'm from Florida and I've moved to Augusta in April 2024. And I'm not going to lie it's been very hard finding a decent place to eat. So tonight I decided to try Carolina Ale House and I am so happy I did. I ordered a copp salad with Salmon and when I tell salad was the biggest serving Ive ever seen for a $15 order. The salmon was juicy and salad was delicious 😋 thank you I finally found a restaurant that I can eat from on a regular.

Walked in with an Uber eats order of just 10 boneless wings and some onion straws, waited 15 mins and they didnt have the order ready, they need to be faster especially when it isn't that busy
