Last Thursday was my first time eating at The Carolina Ale, I had the Salmon and it was great! So we decided to take some friends this past Saturday and I was so disappointed with my ribs, fries being cold! I sent them back , the manager brought them back to me HOT but the same ribs, this time burnt! The server was great! Very nice young lady.

Food quality is 10/10, the size on the cheese curds was 1/10 which is sad because they were amazing. Burger was cooked perfectly and the tenders with the honey mustard were the best ive had in a long time(1 tender was more of a nugget than a tender though). Our server while she did a good job unfortunately smelled very strongly of Body Odor.

The food was amazing. The philly cheesesteak is my favorite. It was big enough my husband and I shared it along with an order of frickles (best fried pickles ive ever had) and we both left full. Our 17 year old loves the boneless wings. Also the tenders are delicious. The waiter/waitress was on point, never had to ask for a refill. We also love that they are open late cause my husband dont get off work till late.

We came from DC/Maryland to visit family and happened to come for dinner after our 10 hour drive and our server Courtney was so amazing that we came back the next night but sat at the outside bar this time and was served by the bartender with glasses, we forgot his name so sorry! They both made our experience nothing but the best! The food, atmosphere and service was amazing both nights and we urge you to look no further for great food and an even better experience! Courtney, you have a regular coming your way from the DMV!

Amazing food, absolutely loved the wings and the flavor savoring in your mouth, Mike is an excellent waiter and has been respectful and quick through the whole experience, it was a little hot in here but the food and the waiter made it 10x better and let me have an phenomenal dinner.
