Placed a mobile order at 10:23am. Got there at 10:26am, I did a drive thru pick up order. Waited in line till someone came up to me. It was like 10:32am when someone came up to me. Tells me I can’t pick up my order cause breakfast has ended. Can someone make sense out of this cause this is prime stupidity. So it let me place a breakfast order for pickup, I get there on time, and they tell me I can’t pick up my order because it’s not breakfast time anymore. Whoever the manager of this location is needs to be replaced cause my cat could run it better than them. Pathetic

Like most CFA, the food is always freshly prepared and hot! This location is difficult to get into/out of. And is ALWAYS busy.

The atmosphere feels a bit dark and unwelcoming, this definitely isn’t the chick fil a to go to for kids in terms of entertainment. The food was good, it came out with items missing but it was fixed with no issues. The front of house staff could have been more welcoming and inviting. There were little to no smiles and monotoned voices. However George engaged with us and our kids and gave them icecream. That made up for it all. Thank you George (I hope I got your name correct).

I visited the drive thru tonight and the young lady helping me did not pass the vibe test for any kind of service much less CFA! She was rolling her eyes, smacking her lips, straight up rude. When I spoke to her she walked off and I had to yell from my car. Awful... I go to CFA bc I'm tired of all the rude people everywhere else. I guess even that is going downhill. I always thought old folks were insane and complainy when they said "it's not like it used to be" now im one of those old folks and it definitely isn't!

Caden and Ian were amazing in their customer service and hospitality! Me and my 16 yr old son came to this location to celebrate his sweet 16 and the staff and team did not disappoint! lead by Caden and Ian they made his birthday 🎂 a night to remember!!
